Introduced an energy efficiency reward system

Its Energy Week at Carr Lodge - the whole school are working on reducing energy across the academy in a variety of child led campaigns to monitor usage in classrooms and working with myself as Site Manager to look at the effect of lowering temperatures and hours on the heating system.
