Changed heating frost protection settings

I noticed that the B block heating was on at 6pm, even though the timer switched off at 4pm.
The system was checked by our contractor and found that the frost setting was set to 18', hence the heating coming on late. The frost set point was adjusted down to 10', so unless the weather gets really cold, this should not happen again.
