Activity description
Many schools offer meat-free and plant-based meals on a regular basis however a growing number of people are choosing to give up meat for one or more days a week - many because of the environmental damage caused by meat production. If your school doesn't already offer a meat-free day, why not run a campaign in your school to encourage your caterers and school community to embrace a low carbon diet one day a week.
And if you already have one meat-free day, why not see if you can make it two!
