The school added:
2 Fridges - New
2 Freezers - New
2 additional Freezers added - Second Hand from other schools
Due to the increase of fresh vegetables and transport costs/deliveries , Aspens have dropped the amount of fresh veg from the menus and now bulk buy frozen veg/goods to keep the price down, this in turn then requires space in the kitchen for this to be stored and has a knock on effect to the baseload of electricity being used.
