Eco Team have noticed that pupils in our school are not putting their food waste and packaging into the relevant kitchen bins during lunchtime. Eco Team have created colourful informative posters to distinguish between the bins. Their aim is to make it easier and more eco friendly for the kitchen team to dispose of the waste. We want to prevent food waste from not going onto our compost heap and the food packaging is recycled in the relevant bin. Eco Team will use the kitchen checklist downloaded from Energy Sparks website to check of the kitchen staff are being planet friendly!
