A new BMS system now allows the boiler and heating temperatures to be lowered to match the environment. In most cases the temperature has been set to 20 degrees rather than the pre-set 30 degrees. New doors have been fitted across several blocks that now self close more easily. A new bank of boilers in the main plant room means they no longer struggle to maintain a constant temperature.
