Create and maintain a holiday switch off list

Site manager and I have discussed what the switch off will look like for the Easter holidays. 
We have considered who does what and when. 

Freezers, fridges can be switched off. 
All electrical appliances will be switched off at the plug - ipad trolleys, computers, computer trolleys, smart notebooks - for example.
