Changed central heating operating times

Using your platform we discovered that central heating was programmed to operate on Saturday mornings 0730-1100, and no-one was aware of why this was so. During May half-term the MAT central estates team visited and altered the BMS settings to prevent this. We expect this action to yield significant carbon and financial savings.
