Turned off water chillers and hot drink boilers in the school holidays

The hot water boiler in the staff kitchen was left on during the holiday period. This was switched off and guidance issued to school staff for future holiday periods. We will be creating a holiday checklist for the summer holiday.

Checking the dashboard data, we can see that this action has yielded a 2kWh saving per day, which over the course of a year based on closure days, could save 350 kWh per year, or £84 at current unit rates.
