Label lights and appliances to show which should be left on or turned off

Two Rivers CofE Primary School, Tuesday, 11 November 2025
30 points 11 pupils Change-maker KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, KS5

The Eco Council discussed appliances around the school that could be turned off. They created a colour code system and put them up around school.
Classes then had a discussion about what the stickers mean.

Activity description

Pupils will identify all IT equipment, appliances and lighting throughout the school and indicate which can be turned off using a traffic light coding system.
