Following the assembly from one of the Energy Sparks representatives, we adjusted our central heating so that it came on 2/3 hours later than it had been.  The site manager worked alongside James to get a better understanding of our boiler and how the timings work etc.  Since adjusting the settings, we have reduced our gas consumption.
