What you did

Eco council have designed and installed several posters near to light switches to encourage people to turn off the lights when not in use. School Parliment have done similar with a series of posters to promote turning off lights 

Activity description

Did you know? Making good use of daylight in a classroom can reduce lighting costs by 19%. 

In this activity pupils discover how classroom set up can increase natural light levels and explore the optimal levels of light in their classrooms.
