Adjusted radiator thermostats

As we are a new build school we have no radiators.
The heating is through ceiling vents and is controlled by a BMS system in the plant room.
After checking the system, all temperatures have been adjusted to an appropriate level of 18 or 19 degrees.
Pupils and most staff don't have access to this system so will not be able to adjust it themselves.
