We went around with an energy sparks representative to take an energy audit of our school - the care taker came with us and discussed our energy usage too. He spoke to the children about timings, what he can change and how we can make a difference. He will be changing the settings on the boiler as the energy audit showed that the boiler was on at ineffective times and was wasting energy.

They also have a great deal of responsibility when it comes to how much energy your school uses. Use this resource to interview them and share with them how they could be helping to cut energy use in the school.
