Plan and run a campaign to switch off lights and use natural light on sunny days

We discussed as a class how we can save energy and utilise the natural light in our spring/summer season.  The children were keen to run a campaign to tell others to use natural light, open the blinds and shut some lights off when not needed.  The children created posters for the campaign and went around to all the other classes to hand out posters, tell the class about their campaign and encourage them to take part.  They checked how many lights each class has and encouraged them to not use them all if not necessary.
