What you did
Workshop with James to discuss what we are doing to help and focus on where heat loss is happening. Used thermal image equipment. Looked at draught excluders, discussed the problem of windows and doors being opened whilst heating is on at peak times. Identified seals on fridges and freezers.
Activity description
An Introduction to Energy Sparks workshop is a great way for your pupils to get started on your carbon reduction journey. They'll learn how to navigate around the Energy Sparks, analyse graphs, discover the many ways they can tackle their school and community's environmental impact, and be inspired by the actions of other pupils like them.
