We encouraged staff to switch off appliances over the October half term. This was a fairly soft launch, mentioning it in our Staff Briefing meeting, on the staff bulletin on the intranet. The following image was also displayed on our digital display screens to encourage students to also help with the switch off. The focus was more on electricity.
