Energy saving activity - What you can do to reduce costs in reprographics.pub

Our Librarian is a staff members of our Eco Committee and working with the students on the committee she devised the attached poster to gone onto the staff weekly brief. 

Working with the students she has tasked them with identifying members of that "appear" to be doing a lot of printing and she can check if the request has come to the reprographics department as she is questioning any requests for large printing runs.

We also receive a printing analysis from our photocopier company which we can identify individual users. If staff are using the printers instead of reprographics this with be captured
