Watch out - the heating or hot water is running during the current school holidays! Up to Tuesday 30 May 2023 the school used 310 kWh of gas during this holiday, which has cost £9.40 and generated 66 kg CO2. Make sure both your heating and hot water are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave your heating and/or hot water running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 790 kWh, costing £24 and generating 170 kg CO2.

Watch out - term time gas use has increased by  75% costing an extra £12 each week. Check whether heating thermostats are set to 18°C to save energy.
