Watch out - the heating or hot water is running during the current school holidays! Up to Tuesday 30 May 2023 the school used 250 kWh of gas during this holiday, which has cost £19 and generated 52 kg CO2. Make sure both your heating and hot water are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave your heating and/or hot water running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 570 kWh, costing £43 and generating 120 kg CO2.

Watch out - term time gas use has increased by  340% costing an extra £28 each week. Check whether heating thermostats are set to 18°C to save energy.

Watch out! Up to Sunday 28 May 2023 the school used 680 kWh of electricity during this holiday, which has cost £140 and generated 54 kg CO2. Make sure lights and electrical equipment are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave electrical equipment running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 3,100 kWh, costing £610 and generating 240 kg CO2.
