i have adjusted the temps around the school trying to ensure classrooms are set to 18 but the thermostats are in the corridors and if i turn them down to 12 or 15 the classrooms freeze 
so i have reduced the temps slowly until i get loads of complaints 
we do still have cold spots around the school
