After the Layer Up Power Down day, the eco-team helped create an assembly for KS1 and KS2 to tell them more about their role within school and what they will be doing in the upcoming year.
Activity description
The schools that have the most success is cutting their energy use and reducing their carbon emissions are the ones where everybody knows about your energy goals.
There are lots of ways of spreading the word about Energy Sparks (see here for talking to the different groups of adults in your school) but to get pupils talking about tackling energy waste, the best way is always with an assembly.
