Especially important tonight - let's get our baseload costs down over half term!

 

Just a reminder to switch all electrical appliances off when not in use and especially at the end of every day.

We have a high baseload of electricity in use all year round compared to other schools and are trying to address this.

Ensure all lights, laptops/chargers, monitors, smartboards, PC's in IT suite are switched off (at the plug if possible) before you leave a room. Phil does not have time to do this throughout school for you at the end of every day.

Also be mindful of lights on in corridors, storerooms, halls, toilets and staffroom - if you pass and they're on please turn them off.

Every penny saved on energy is a penny towards classroom spending.
