Engaging pupils with the idea of having Eco warriors - helping to save energy such as switching off lights and appliances.

Activity description

The schools that have the most success is cutting their energy use and reducing their carbon emissions are the ones where everybody knows about your energy goals.

There are lots of ways of spreading the word about Energy Sparks (see here for talking to the different groups of adults in your school) but to get pupils talking about tackling energy waste, the best way is always with an assembly.

You can either show our 7 minute video

or download and edit the presentation to include details about your school's energy use.  Edit our script to include the details about your own school.
