Excellent! Electricity use in the Spring half term 2025 holidays has decreased by 25% compared to Spring half term 2024. Between Saturday 15 Feb 2025 and Sunday 23 Feb 2025 you used 6,600 kWh at a cost of £1,500. This is a saving of 2,300 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and saved 620 kg CO2.

Long term trends and advice

There is a large variation in seasonal overnight electricity usage from 23 kW in the winter to 16 kW in the summer. This suggests electric heating is left running overnight during the winter or the school has inefficient security or flood lights. Change electric heater settings and improve lighting efficiency to save £9,000 annually.
