Monitor whether adults and pupils are wearing warmer clothes inside the school building during winter

St John's C of E Academy, Worksop, Friday, 14 February 2025
5 Detective KS1, KS2, KS3

What you did

I took a tally of staff who wore jackets or fleece coats in school, when the heaters were off.

Activity description

Wearing a jumper in the winter will save lots of energy and money as you will need less heating.

This activity will encourage pupils to investigate how many children and adults are wearing warm clothes on colder days.
