St John's Primary School, Radstock, Tuesday, 10 December 2024
30 Change-maker KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, KS5

What you did

Competition has been organised by School Councillors. Each class has three areas to monitor. The team with the highest points will earn a games/colouring afternoon.

Activity description

A whole school competition can really raise awareness of your energy efficiency efforts and encourage pupils to get involved at school and also at home. Allocate each class 100 points at the start of the competition. Monitor lights daily and if lights in their particular zone or classroom are left on then points are deducted from their score.
