Changed heating start time

We asked the council to come out and change the heating timer as the weather has warmed up and we were getting too hot in the classrooms.  We reduced the length of time the heating stays on for by 2 hours.  We can then boost it on a chilly day if we need to.  This will hopefully save some energy and some money
