We stuck red, orange and green lights to the light switches and plug sockets to show other children which electricity outlets they can turn off on thier own. We then incorporated this into our, 'Penguin of Power' award and presesnted it in assembly to tyhe whole school.
Activity description
Pupils will identify all IT equipment, appliances and lighting throughout the school and indicate which can be turned off using a traffic light coding system.
