Last year you used 37,000 kWh of gas and 34,000 kWh of electricity in the Summer 2025 holidays. Turn off your heating, hot water and electrical appliances to save around £9,200 this year. 

Watch out - the heating or hot water is running during the current school holidays! Up to the school used 19,000 kWh of gas during this holiday, which has cost £780 and generated 3,500 kg CO2. Make sure both your heating and hot water are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave your heating and/or hot water running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 33,000 kWh, costing £1,300 and generating 6,100 kg CO2.
