Watch out! Up to Wednesday 19 Feb 2025 the school used 690 kWh of electricity during this holiday, which has cost £180 and generated 110 kg CO2. Make sure lights and electrical equipment are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave electrical equipment running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 1,200 kWh, costing £310 and generating 190 kg CO2.

This suggests electric heating is left running overnight during the winter or the school has inefficient security or flood lights.
