An upgrade has been requested and once we have begun to receive data for this meter, it will be added to your account. In the meantime, please keep in mind that your account does not show your school's total energy usage yet.
We are experiencing a recurring lag in the gas data for all Wickersley Partnership Trust schools. We have raised this as an official complaint with your supplier. We are receiving the gas data on a regular basis, but it is consistently a few weeks behind. We hope to get this problem resolved soon.
