Unfortunately you are not meeting your target to reduce your electricity usage

Review progress

We have limited energy data for your school. You can enter monthly consumption data to show progress against any targets set or observe changes in consumption over a longer period of time.

Supply historical manual readings

Last year you used 22,000 kWh of gas and 25,000 kWh of electricity in the Summer 2025 holidays. Turn off your heating, hot water and electrical appliances to save around £6,000 this year.

There is a large variation in your school's seasonal overnight electricity usage from 42 kW in the winter to 22 kW in the summer. This suggests heating is left running overnight during the winter. This can either be electric heating, or other types of heating that requires electricity for pumps or fans. Change heating settings to save £7,500 annually.
