Review progress

Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Easter 2026 holidays has increased by 13% compared to Easter 2025. Between Saturday 28 Mar 2026 and Sunday 12 Apr 2026 you used 2,700 kWh at a cost of £840. This is an increase of 320 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 52 kg CO2.

Find out more

There is a large variation in your school's seasonal overnight electricity usage from 16 kW in the winter to 3.8 kW in the summer. This suggests heating is left running overnight during the winter. This can either be electric heating, or other types of heating that requires electricity for pumps or fans. Change heating settings to save £5,400 annually.
