Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Easter 2026 holidays has increased by 33% compared to Easter 2025. Between Saturday 28 Mar 2026 and Sunday 12 Apr 2026 you used 5,000 kWh at a cost of £970. This is an increase of 1,200 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 85 kg CO2.

Find out more

There is a large variation in your school's seasonal overnight electricity usage from 45 kW in the winter to 7.5 kW in the summer. This suggests heating is left running overnight during the winter. This can either be electric heating, or other types of heating that requires electricity for pumps or fans. Change heating settings to save £8,200 annually.
