Gas use in the Xmas 2024/2025 holidays has increased by 37% compared to Xmas 2023/2024. 

Between Saturday 21 Dec 2024 and Sunday 5 Jan 2025 you used 61,000 kWh of gas at a cost of £3,900. Adjusting for changes in outside temperature, this is still an increase of 16,000 kWh and 3,000 kg CO2. Ask the school site manager to check the heating controls to reduce gas use during the school holidays.

Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Xmas 2024/2025 holidays has increased by 5.5% compared to Xmas 2023/2024. Between Saturday 21 Dec 2024 and Sunday 5 Jan 2025 you used 22,000 kWh at a cost of £5,800. This is an increase of 1,200 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 420 kg CO2.
