Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Easter 2025 holidays has increased by 45% compared to Easter 2024. Between Saturday 5 Apr 2025 and Sunday 20 Apr 2025 you used 2,300 kWh at a cost of £590. This is an increase of 710 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 160 kg CO2.

There is a large variation in seasonal overnight electricity usage from 9.3 kW in the winter to 2.4 kW in the summer. This suggests electric heating is left running overnight during the winter or the school has inefficient security or flood lights. Change electric heater settings and improve lighting efficiency to save £4,400 annually.
