Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Autumn half term 2024 holidays has increased by 22% compared to Autumn half term 2023. Between Saturday 26 Oct 2024 and Friday 1 Nov 2024 you used 600 kWh at a cost of £180. This is an increase of 110 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 37 kg CO2.

There is a large variation in seasonal overnight electricity usage from 2.8 kW in the winter to 1.7 kW in the summer. This suggests electric heating is left running overnight during the winter or the school has inefficient security or flood lights. Change electric heater settings and improve lighting efficiency to save £610 annually.
