Gas use in the Autumn half term 2024 holidays has increased by 36% compared to Autumn half term 2023. 

Between Saturday 26 Oct 2024 and Sunday 10 Nov 2024 you used 47,000 kWh of gas at a cost of £2,100. Adjusting for changes in outside temperature, this is still an increase of 12,000 kWh and 2,300 kg CO2. Ask the school site manager to check the heating controls to reduce gas use during the school holidays.

Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Autumn half term 2024 holidays has increased by 32% compared to Autumn half term 2023. Between Saturday 26 Oct 2024 and Sunday 10 Nov 2024 you used 27,000 kWh at a cost of £5,200. This is an increase of 6,500 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 3,100 kg CO2.
