Reminders

Your school has a swimming pool which is heated up overnight using an electric pool heater. Energy Sparks has treated this energy usage as a storage heater so that the electricity usage for the pool heater can be separated out from the rest of the school's electricity usage.

Unfortunately you are not meeting your target to reduce your electricity usage

Review progress
Last year you used 950 kWh of gas and 7,600 kWh of electricity in the Summer 2025 holidays. Turn off your heating, hot water and electrical appliances to save around £1,600 this year.
Watch out! Up to the school used 3,200 kWh of electricity during this holiday, which has cost £660 and generated 370 kg CO2. Make sure lights and electrical equipment are switched off to prevent further waste.

If you choose to leave electrical equipment running, by the end of the holidays you will have used 5,800 kWh, costing £1,200 and generating 650 kg CO2.
